The Website collects standard Internet log information including your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring website addresses, as part of normal web server operation. The Website itself does not use cookies, web beacons or similar tracking technologies. The Book a demo form is provided by Microsoft Forms and loads only if you open it; see "Book a demo requests" below and our Cookie Notice for details.
03Information use
We collect and use your personal information with your consent to provide you with services or where we have a legitimate business interest in or other legal basis for, such collection and use. When you ask to book a demo, we collect the information you enter in our demo request form. Your name and work email address are required. Your job title, company name, company size and what prompted your interest in RoboSPC are optional. We collect this information only to:
- contact you by email to arrange a time for your demo;
- prepare a demo relevant to your role and organization;
- follow up with you about the demo and RoboSPC's services; and

How the form works. The demo request form is provided by Microsoft Forms, part of Microsoft 365, which processes the information on our behalf as our service provider. The form loads only when you choose to open it. When it loads, your browser connects directly to Microsoft, which receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details and may set cookies needed for the form to work, as described in our Cookie Notice. Your answers are stored in our Microsoft 365 account, and we are notified of new requests by email. If you prefer not to use the form, you can email us at info@robospc.ai instead.
We do not collect sensitive personal information through demo requests. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information, or other people's personal information, in the optional field; if you do, we will use it only to respond to your request. We do not use this information for targeted advertising, to build profiles about you, or to make decisions about you by automated means. We do not sell or share it.
We keep demo request information, including form responses and the related emails, for 24 months after our last interaction with you, unless you become a customer, in which case our customer agreement governs. You can ask us to stop following up, or to delete your information, at any time by emailing info@robospc.ai.

09U.S. state privacy rights
Several U.S. states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and Oregon, have comprehensive consumer privacy laws. Some of these laws may not apply to RoboSPC, or may not apply to information you give us in a business capacity. We nevertheless extend the following rights to all U.S. residents, subject to the limits and exceptions the law allows:
- Know and access: confirm whether we process your personal information, and obtain the categories and specific pieces we hold, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to.

How to submit a request. Email info@robospc.ai and tell us which right you want to exercise. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend that period once by up to another 45 days, and we will tell you why.
Verification. To protect your information, we verify requests by matching the details you give us, such as your name and email address, with the information we hold. We use the information you give us for verification only for that purpose.
Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof of your signed permission, and we may ask you to verify your identity directly with us.
Appeals. If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing info@robospc.ai with the subject line "Privacy request appeal" within a reasonable time after receiving our response. We will respond to your appeal in writing within the time your state's law requires, and explain our reasons. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Attorney General of your state.
