We welcome reports from security researchers. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this website, please tell us so we can fix it.
Scope. This policy covers the RoboSPC website at www.robospc.com and robospc.com. It does not cover:
- RoboSPC products or customer environments.
- Third-party services, including Microsoft Forms, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure. Report issues in those to the provider, for Microsoft through the Microsoft Security Response Center.
- Denial-of-service testing, high-volume automated scanning, social engineering of our staff, and physical attacks.
How to report. Email info@robospc.ai with the subject line "Security vulnerability report". Please include the affected URL, a description of the vulnerability and its potential impact, the steps to reproduce it, and how to contact you. Do not include sensitive data in your first email; if you need to share it, ask us and we will arrange a secure channel. You may report anonymously.
What we commit to. We will acknowledge your report in a timely manner, keep you informed of our progress, and aim to fix confirmed vulnerabilities within 90 days.
Safe harbor. Do not access, change or delete data that is not yours, and do not disrupt the website. If you make a good-faith effort to follow this policy, we will consider your research authorized, it will not breach the restrictions in "Use of the website" above, and we will not pursue or support legal action against you for it. If a third party brings legal action against you for research that followed this policy, we will make it known that your actions were authorized by us. This policy cannot authorize testing of systems we do not own, such as the third-party services listed above.
